Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo-
Phase III A1 Gateway Park, Pueblo, CO
Client: City of Pueblo
Project: Construct navigable channel, storm drainage and
surface improvements.
Services: Construction management to include construction
observation, processing of change orders, requests for information,
submittals, pay requests, certified payroll, design review
and other services as needed. Leverington & Associates
completed this project, saving the City of Pueblo over $80,000
in October, 2007. The project designer was Design Studios
West and Sellards & Grigg. Total construction costs
for this project was $2.7 million. There were numerous change
orders, mostly at owner’s request.

Main Phase 2 Recreation Trail, Pueblo West, CO
Client: Pueblo West Metropolitan
District
Project: Design and preparation of contract documents for
the construction of approximately 2.2 miles of recreation
trail.
Services: Land surveying, engineering design, and hydraulic
analysis for low-water crossing. Preparation of plans, specifications
and estimates for this CDOT-funded project and construction
management services.

Client: City of Salida
Project: Design of approximately 3.5 city blocks of sanitary
sewer system
Services: Project management, civil design, surveying, preparation
of Plans, Specifications & Estimates, construction management,
and construction staking. This project has been completed
without change orders.

Black
Hills Energy 115kV Loop, Pueblo, COClient: Black Hills Energy
Project: Provide survey support for design and construction
of approximately 2 miles of power transmission line.
Services: Leverington & Associates is on the team to
provide surveying and right of way mapping services. Our
scope is to conduct topographic surveys,
cadastral surveys, construction layout, mapping to support
design, and preparation of legal descriptions for easement
requirements. This project is currently in progress.

Dillon
Drive/Eden Interchange Engineering Study, Pueblo, CO
Client: City of Pueblo & Colorado
Department of Transportation
Project: Determine the feasibility to construct an interchange
on I-25 at Eden Exit.
Services: Leverington & Associates is on the Team of
S.E.H. to provide surveying and right of way mapping services.
Our scope is set 22 photogrammetric aerial targets for photogrammetric
mapping, provide supplementary topographic surveying, boundary
surveying, and map approximately 1.5 miles of I-25 right
of way. This project is currently in design and environmental
review.

West Park Survey, Pueblo West, CO
Client: Pueblo West Metropolitan
District
Project: Land survey and mapping of over 240 acres situated
in the vicinity of Pueblo West High School. The proposed
use for the parcel is parks and recreation.
Services: Land surveying and mapping. This survey was completed
in April 2008.
